If you’re not totally in love with your order, you may return your order within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and accessories attached. Sale, discounted, and special order items that are marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases.
All returns must meet the following requirements.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations or damages.
- All sale items and items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE.
- Final Sale purchases are not redeemable for any type of exchange or refund.
- Returns must be issued as credit to the original form of payment.
- We do not provide exchanges for International orders at this time.

How should I send my return back?
Please note, that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We currently do not provide return labels. Return Shipping costs are currently not reimbursed and you will not be refunded for the original cost of shipping.

Refunds & Processing Time
If your package arrives at Mave Maternity within the 14-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within two weeks from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Mave Maternity.
Can I cancel or change my order?
All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. All items on sale are noted ‘ALL SALES FINAL’ on each page of each sale item.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned to us for a refund or store credit within 21 days from the day you received your goods. The item must be unworn. We do not provide exchanges for International orders at this time.
